Fuel Parent's and Supporters Night

All FUEL parents or Fuel supporters are welcome to join us for coffee and cake on Thursday 9th February from 7.30-8.30pm at Syndal Baptist Church.
It will be a chance to :
- Enjoy Coffee and cake!!
- Meet Adam Hince (Pastor for Gen Y and Beyond) and Fiona Brown (Youth Pastor)
- Meet some of the Fuel Leaders - particularly new Year 7 leaders
- Meet some of the other Fuel parents
- Hear about how Fuel runs and why we do things the way we do
-Ask any questions you might have
- Chat about how Parents and Fuel Youth Ministry can work together to care for and disciple your children.
If you cannot make the Thursday night timeslot, there will be a second opportunity for parents to chat with us and each other on Sunday 12th February from 4.30-5.30pm.

The previously scheduled Parents Night (23rd January) has been CANCELLED due to lack of numbers.

First DTeams night of the 2012!
Chance for the guys and girls in each year level to split up and hang out!
Each group does something different - see details below. More will be posted as leaders confirm plans. PLEASE NOTE: WE do not post addresses on this website for privacy reasons. Leaders are more than happy to give addresses to Fuelers or their parents personally.
YEAR 7 & 8 GIRLS - 6.30-9.00pm at Larissa's house for dinner, dessert AND Fun & Games! Cost and what to bring TBA. For more address or more info contact Larissa (0434 025 178)
YEAR 8 BOYS - 7.30-10.00pm, BBQ/ Pool night at The Wait's house (Nunawading) Bring $5 for food. For address or other info please contact Mikey (0401 824 658)
YEAR 9 GIRLS - 7.30-10.00pm. Singstar, Cold Rock Ice Cream and study night. At Abbey's house (Wheelers Hill). Bring something to mix into your ice cream and also your Bible! For address or more info contact Em (0432 766 006).
YEAR 9 BOYS - 6.00pm-9.30pm. Going to the driving range (Golf) and then having a BBQ dinner. $15 plus a few dollars for dinner. Get dropped off at the driving range (cnr Morack Rd and East Rd Vermont south) at 6pm, and pickup afterwards from Shaun's (Glen Waverley) at 9.30pm. YEAR 10 GIRLS - 7.00-9.30pm. EITHER @ Emily's house for a swim (if its nice weather) or Amy's house for a spa if its cold/rainy. Week 4: Year Level Night (Each year level does their own thing)

Sometimes this means hanging out at someones house and playing games, watching DVDs or learning about Jesus.
Other times it might involved going to a movie, bowling, playing sport or something else!

We guarantee you'll never have experienced an event like this before!!
The Fuel Youth Ministry is supporting a number of Youth and Youth Leaders to go and serve one of the world's poorest communities, Dagoretti Corner, Kenya, during July 2012.
This event will be FUN, FUNNY, CRAZY and AWESOME as well as a great chance to help raise money which Fuel will gift to some of the poor in Dagoretti Corner.

They are a special chance to PRAISE and WORSHIP God, hear from GREAT SPEAKERS, have some FUN, and even GET BAPTISED!!
